FAQ

What time is check-in / check-out?

Check-in is after 3PM, and check-out is until 11AM.
However you may store your luggage free of charge on the day of your check-in and check-out.

Why do you need my debit/credit card details?

We request our Guests’ debit card details for security reasons only.The debit card is for guarantee only, for example in case of a no-show.

Lord Residence accepts Visa, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express cards and reserves the right to pre-authorise your card prior to arrival.

How do I order an Airport Transfer from you?

If you are arriving by plane, we can arrange a transfer from the airport for a fee of 30 Euros (1-4 people: 30€, 5-6 people: 40€, 7-8 people: 50€).

Is there parking available at Lord Apartments?

We have a 24-hour secured underground garage. Parking costs 20 Euros / night / car.

When do we handle the paperwork and the financials?

We usually request that our Guests settle the payment upon arrival, since this makes the check-out process much easier. They may pay in cash in Euros or Hungarian Forints,or with a debit card in euro, whichever is more convenient for them.

Where can I get tickets for the main attractions of Budapest?

You can get tickets for Széchenyi and Gellért Spa, for the Hop-On Hop-Off Bus, Dinner & Cruises, Folklore Nights and much more at our office.

Is there air conditioning in the apartments?

All of our apartments have their own cooling systems, at the disposal of our Guests.

How do I get to Lord Apartments from Nyugati Railway Station?

From Nyugati walk towards Oktogon station. The first street will be Podmaniczky utca ( utca = street), turn RIGHT there.
The first street on Podmaniczky will be Jókai utca, turn LEFT there.
Keep walking down Jókai street and the second street on your right will be Lovag street, where you will have to find number 8.

How do I get to Lord Apartments from Keleti Train Station?

Take bus number 173E to Blaha Lujza Tér (Tér = Square).
From Blaha Lujza Square, take the tram number 4 or 6 to Nyugati Pályaudvar, which is Nyugati Train station.
Get off at Nyugati and walk towards Oktogon station. The first street will be Podmaniczky utca (utca = street), turn RIGHT there.
The first street on Podmaniczky will be Jókai utca, turn LEFT there.

How do I get to Lord Apartments from Népliget Bus Station?

Take bus number 99 to Blaha Lujza Tér (Tér = Square).
From Blaha Lujza Square, take tram 4 or 6 to Nyugati Pályaudvar, which is Nyugati Train Station.
Get off at Nyugati and walk towards Oktogon station. The first street will be Podmaniczky utca (utca = street), turn RIGHT there.

How do I get to Lord Apartments from the airport?

Take bus number 200E to the last stop, which is the final station of the Metro also, called Kőbánya-Kispest. Take the subway to Nyugati Pályaudvar, which is Nyugati Train station.
Get off at Nyugati and walk towards Oktogon station. The first street will be Podmaniczky utca (utca = street), turn RIGHT there.
The first street on Podmaniczky will be Jókai utca, turn LEFT there.
Keep walking down Jókai street and the second street on your right will be Lovag street, where you will have to find number 8.
